Solution Graphics: FTP
Files should always be zipped (PC) or stuffed (mac) before any transfer occurs. This reduces transfer time and increases the chance your files will arrive error-free.
Prior to uploading files to our FTP, contact us for the username and password.
FTP Using Your PC: Point your web browser to ftp://solutiongraphics.biz/solution1/FTP
Upload your files and let us know when the file transfer is complete.
If you have an issue using your browser, you may need to change the following setting. In Internet Explorer, Click Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. Put a check in the entry next to Passive FTP. While you're there, make sure Enable FTP Folder View is also checked.
FTP Using Your MAC. Point your ftp software to ftp.solutiongraphics.biz/solution1/FTP. Upload your files and let us know when the file transfer is complete.
